Refund
policy.

01 / Eligibility

You may request a refund within 7 days of delivery if the item arrives:

  • Defective (manufacturing fault, broken stitching, damaged print)
  • Wrong item or wrong size shipped (our error)
  • Damaged in transit (must report within 48 hours with photos)

All items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached. Sale items, accessories, and undergarments are final sale and not eligible.

02 / How to request

  1. Email refunds@strut.studio within 7 days of delivery with your order number, the issue, and clear photos.
  2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with a reverse-pickup slot or a return shipping label.
  3. Pack the item in its original packaging with tags. Hand it to the courier.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item (3–5 business days), we'll initiate your refund.

03 / Refund timeline

  • UPI / Net banking — 3–5 business days
  • Credit / Debit card — 5–7 business days
  • Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe) — 3–5 business days
  • Store credit — Instant, usable on next order

Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Bank processing times may add 1–2 days depending on your issuer.

04 / Size exchanges

Need a different size? First exchange within India is free. Subsequent exchanges on the same order incur a flat ₹150 reverse-pickup fee. Exchanges are subject to stock availability — if your size is sold out we'll issue store credit instead.

05 / Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, before dispatch. Email support@strut.studio with your order number. Full refund to the original payment method, no questions asked. Once your order has shipped, the standard refund/exchange policy above applies.

06 / Non-refundable

  • Items marked FINAL SALE or purchased during sale events
  • Headwear, masks, and other accessories
  • Items returned without original tags or in worn/washed condition
  • Items returned after the 7-day window
